Machined brows, Semi-Permanent Make Up (SPMU) or Micropigmentation, is when a cosmetic tattoo machine implants pigment into the skin using ultra-fine needles. The machine used is different to a standard tattoo machine, as it implants the pigment much closer to the skin surface.
