Is it possible to have no breast tissue?

Mammary hypoplasia, also known as insufficient glandular tissue or IGT, is a very uncommon condition that can cause low or no milk production. Women with mammary hypoplasia simply did not develop proper mammary tissue during adolescence, but their breasts may be small or large.

Is the nipple considered breast tissue?

Breast anatomy is complex and intricate, involving various types of internal tissue, as well as milk ducts, lymph vessels, the nipple and areola, and other structures.

Does everyone have a lump under their nipple?
